Streamlining Production: West Coast Firm Achieves $3M Savings in Mexico

A firm on the West Coast of the United States was manufacturing free standing mobile office cubicle dividers in China and desired to migrate to Mexico due to tariffs, Chinese IP theft, and lengthy supply chains.
